((I hit a writers block. . .))

After a good scrounging through the wreckage that was once a large city, the woman managed to gather up a few good supplies that she'd need to survive the hell hole she was stuck in. Stuffing it all in a small backpack she headed for Mercy, knowing her three favourite punching bags were already on their way. Using the alleys and back roads, along with a bit of silence she easily made her way there with little to no trouble at all.

With her arrival she looked up at the massive white building and smirked, catching eye of the boy attempting to scale the walls. "Fun fun fun," she mused and headed for the entrance. Inside she noticed most of the elevators were broken, and the one that was working was in use. With a sigh she looked at the door leading to the stairs, "All right then.. a little exercise never hurt a girl" she told herself and started her climb.

Kaleth finally hit the top and sighed, sitting on a ledge to rest, shotgun resting in his lap in case a zombie got too curious. He calmed his racing breath and thanked god he had a good heart for now.

"Simple Simon met a pieman going to the fair;
Said Simple Simon to the pieman "Let me taste your ware"
Said the pieman to Simple Simon "Show me first your penny"
Said Simple Simon to the pieman "Sir, I have not any!"

Kaleth chucked bitterly to himself and looked up at the sky.

"Then the Pieman ripped out Simple Simon's throat and ate him. Oh, the iorny."

The woman had finally made up to the top, and placed a hand over her chest as she took deep breaths. Twenty flights of stairs with infected littering them wasn't a fun trek. Pulling the pack from her back she unzipped it, pulling out a bottle of water she took a good swig to hydrate her dry throat. "I hate this place..." she grunted, shoving the bottle back into the pack and moved it onto her shoulders again.

Walking out with her bat at the ready she spotted a familiar boy and could only grin at her luck. In silence she approached him, only to take her bat and push it into his back. "That's one helluva drop" she commented to him.

Kaleth smiled and didn't look up. He'd heard her coming, he had good hearing. He looked down at the dizzying drop and gave the sky a melancholy look.

"Indeed it is, death upon impact." He turned his head to regard her with one dark blue eye. "Are you going to push me off...? Use me as bait for the infected then escape after killing the two fools?" This far up, in the middle of an infected city...Kaleth wondered why he was still alive anyway. What was the non-infected people's purpose

"All the infected we've killed....what's one more body for the hyena's to feast on. I hear that every where's been hit, we non-infected have nowhere to go."

She watched him and gave a smirk, amazed at how intelligent he was for only being in his early teen years. "That's quite true, we really don't have anywhere to go.. but the main rule of zombie take over is that nowhere is safe, only safer... which means you stop for nothing."

Setting her bat down her reached into her pack, pulling out the bottle of water and held it out for him. "Drink up and lets go.. I'm sure your other two friends are dead by now"

" don't be so sure damn it!" Jeremy said walking on the roof from out of the elavator. " i know i'm damn well capable of handling my self. it was you i was worried about.i hear tanks love to eat assholes." he said, quite angry

Kaleth sighed and hauled himself up onto the roof, feet flailing cutely. He looked at Jeremy, eyes dull and face devoid of emotion. He was tired and wished to sleep, but couldn't until they go out of the mess they were in and found somewhere more secure. He mustered up a smile.

"Hello, there." The smile fell, like it was too heavy for his face. "I thought you were already up here...it seems as if climbing was actually faster."

He gave Jeremy a tired look.

"I hear Witches like hypocrites too...."

With a sigh, her head rolled on her shoulder to look back at the loud boy who'd run out from the elevator, "Boy.. I would watch your tongue if I were you. I'm really not in the mood to babysit a loud mouth"

Lifting her bat to her other shoulder she turned toward him, "So unless you want to fight, I suggest you turn your butt around and start for that helipad."

" fuck you and you're helipad. i'm walking" Jeremy said. he turnd around walked to the edge of the roof and jumped of landing safely ton the ground. he figured out wich way was north and started walking through the forest

Kaleth stood and walked over to the station to call for help, making shooing motions at the helipad so they knew he would join them shortly. He waited for Reamy to make any precautions she thought would be needed fore gathering up spare ammo and a first aid kit.

"Everyone ready for the hoard?"
