i havent but i know a bit about it. it is waht i call a alternet sequel. there is another game thats set at the same time in the same city but in a diff section. in this game you control someone who has gained lighting based super powers, and now that youre part of the city is overun by criminals you must decied if you are going to help the people or not

You play as a man named Cole McGrath, who gained super powers by accidentally killing thousands of people and absorbing the electricity stored in their brains. After learning to control your powers, you become a living conduit of energy, free to expell and absorb electricity like a two-way outlet, except if you got plugged into a wall, you'd probably explode the whole building.

You choose to use your powers to help the people of this fictional city or assist in frying them with your microwave hands.
